"Wow, just wow! We could not thank Amanda and Tim enough for hosting us at the last minute during our recent stay in Floirac. From the moment we arrived we knew we were in the right place! The room was beautiful, spacious, modern, and so cozy! I felt so at peace and relaxed during my stay and Amanda and Tim did not miss a thing. They offer an extremely elevated experience that allows guests to feel well taken care of and pampered. I only wish that we could have stayed longer! The breakfast was delicious, Amanda is a lovely cook who is accommodating enough to offer delicious options, prepared with fresh ingredients! Thank you again for sharing your granola recipe with me, I am writing this review while mine bakes in the oven! Thank you Tim and Amanda for the lovely weekend and we hope to visit again soon!"

A very warm welcome to Les Girauderies Chambres d’Hotes, our luxury bed & breakfast by the coast in the lovely Charente-Maritime region of south-west France. We are Tim and Amanda and much look forward to welcoming you as our guests.
Originally from the North of England, both of us have had lifelong careers in UK hospitality. But our love for France over many years led us to move to this beautiful area by the sea in 2010.
We ran a highly successful multi-gites holiday estate in nearby Mortagne-sur-Gironde until 2021. We then acquired buildings for a full restoration project with the intention of opening the best bed & breakfast business in the area. We like to think we’ve achieved that and hope you agree!
